FastSMRW is pretty fast at a lot of things. The thing its very slow with, depending on how long the thread is, is loading a convo thread.

@samarositz Let me know if it works well, have never been able to test it on the Mac, won't even run on my old intel one, and GitHub removed support for it so I can't build it for those old Macs either.
